Form input

A form you publish collects the fields you define and starts the run with them. The demo request on this site is one.

Webhook

Any system that can post JSON can start a workflow. Point it at the URL and the payload becomes the run's input.

App trigger

A workflow starts when something happens in a tool your client already uses: a calendar invite, an inbound email, a new file, a message.

Cron scheduler

A schedule runs it on its own — hourly, nightly, the first of the month — so nobody has to remember to start it.
