Xpectrum allows users and organizations to connect third-party applications and services to the Xpectrum platform, such as email, messaging, productivity, storage, CRM, and other business applications.

When you connect a third-party service, Xpectrum may access, receive, store, process, modify, or transmit information from that service based on the permissions and access scopes you authorize. Depending on the connected service and the features you use, this may include:

Xpectrum does not sell data obtained from connected third-party services. We do not use private customer data obtained through connected services for advertising or to train public or generalized AI models.

Third-party service data may be processed by infrastructure, AI, analytics, monitoring, and other service providers that are necessary to provide the requested functionality. Such providers are subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality, and security obligations.

Your use of a connected third-party service remains subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.
